Today is the submission date of FYP report. And i have submitted 2 hardcopies and 1 softcopy le. My burden is taken down right after the submission of the report. Well, after last few weeks of hrad work and chionging, we have done quite a good and proper job. Even Mr Ting say our log book is done with 'too much effort'...Wow first time hearing someone comments about having too much effort..lol...

Although Mr ting commented that we formed a very good team despite having 3 different characters in us, i beg to differ. From an ideal point of view, yoke yong and Cecilia are not suitable to be my fyp partners. Yes, we does not have much serious attitude problem in overall, but we do have a lot of conflicts with one another at times. For instance, Cecilia may have certain attitude problems with yoke yong as last week my group has been so stressed up about doing the Discussion part for the report. Well, he could have checked his attitude and calmed down. we could have approached Dr Filicia for help on this part as she's PhD graduate and she will able to discuss the results with us in a comprehensive manner and professionally.

All boils down to the fact that we din do a proper planning for our project. If we cooperate, such things would have been avoided,yet yoke yong says we din want to cooperate...he's trying to say as if he has been the only one doing the job.....pls la, dude..all these while i have been the one doing most of the easy but 'dirty' job (sai kang), yet my effort was not appreciated and they took it for granted. Just like today, i have been the one runinng here and there just to top up the ezprint account so that we can continue printing our reports. u see, when i tell yy that i forget to pass the CD to mr ting after i realised it at mrt platform....then he told mi to go back to school again...WTF!...i know he stay in yishun, but dun have to always ask mi to go here and there...u tot i wun feel 麻烦 meh? u cant blame mi hor, but urself for ur short term memory...Mdm tan say pass to mr ting,then u forget so soon...dunno since when u got 见忘证??? let mi tell u here, dun try to be funny! Why are u taking life so seriously? one must forget the past grudges to be happy, why cant u??? haiz......

if next time he try to show attitude to mi like how he did that to Cecilia last week , i promise i will nvr let myself to get bullied again....i'm a man with ego and dignity, i must speak for myself or else i wun survive in tis darkness...so whoever try to provoke me (whether tis fellow is my siblings,enemy or best friends), i will sure fuck him back all way out !!!....or else i will live to regret...Pray to Father God to give mi directions on life...in name of Jesus i thank u in advance..Amen

haizz...next monday 26th novemer is the submission of my fyp report liao..must chiong ah!!!

Well for this fyp report, i have requested my manager to give me 2 weeks off to finish my fyp report and to prepare for fyp resentation...Time is not on my side now, so i shall pray to Father God to give me grace and blessings,so that i can do well in the coming presentation. I also want to pray to Father God that my supervisor,Mr Ting will give us a generous marks and my co-examiner,Miss ST Phua will give us a leeway by not asking us so chim questions. This fyp matters to me a lot as this fyp alone cost me 8 credit points,so must really work hard!

One more thing before i go off, is my napfa test..it's coming on this friday,23rd november,so i wanna pray to Father God to give me extra source of strength and courage to do well for my 2.4km and pull up in which i have never passed before,so let's hope i can have a breakthrough in this test!!! (although i'm prepared to fail this run and prepared well for 2nd run in March,lol)

nothing much to blog here,but just to tell u that..........













My english paper is over finally...yay! LOL!!! it ended yesterday....

anyway today my fyp group have finished doing the practical part...,yes, no more going to ntu finally...yay...haha...honestly our group have spent very less time for practical, that is to use PIV to analyse the behaviour of microbubbles coming out from the ceramic diffuser pores...previously we have used a small fish tank for preliminary experiment to see if CO2 diffuser can produce microbubbles, and with the help from Dr Filicia to borrow the ImagePro Plus software from that pHD student, we analysed the PIV images and found that the ceramic diffuser is indeed capable of producing microbubbles. So we went on to design a simple 1m long glass column to study the stability of bubbles along the column. this is to study how much the microbubbles can travel before coalescing....

So we had prepared whatever materials needed for experiment before we set up the column at ntu...it was damn long to set up everything there....although our group is pathetic that everything have to be DIY, we manage to get everything done on last fri...and today we finished the practical...worth to self-congrat...haha...Well thats all.... :)

Now its october 21st le...wah,i haven't been actively blogging for exactly a month lo...what am i doing these 1 month? Actually its alot...

I have gone back to school 4 weeks ago,so all along i'm busy with either school stuff (especially fyp) or my part time job. let me tell u about my lecturers this sem.

CP4041-Process control-Mr Lee Fook Choon: Not again? he taught me back in CP4011 Process instrumentation 2 sems ago,where he is well-known for being a good "repetitor". his lesson very funny de. when he taught u a few sections of the topic, he can go round and round to go through over it again just to recap. sian lo....we all can sleep under his "hynopsis" liao..haha....anyway, he's only 35 or 36 yrs old,but u can see his hair almost all white coloured...must be stressed out liao...lol...

CP5015-Mass transfer A (MTA)-Dr Ng jin kiat: this lecturer is new to SP,so whatever he says, he always assume that he knows the syllabus and the environment more than us. Example, when he taught us about Raoult's law, he teach like as if we nvr learn that in yr 1 before where we have already learnt that concept in yr 1 CPPB module.

CP5033 Plant safety & CP5038 industrial waste management (IWM)(elective)-Miss ong lay choo: She's quite a nice lecturer. She din teach me CPPB before,so nothing much to comment about her,though she was very "efficient" in issuing the assignments for both plant safety and IWM within the 1st week,sian lor...haha..

CP5032 Project evaluation and project management-Mr kong ling teck: he is my AE&E teacher back in year one. he used to be SP alumnus 10 yrs ago. he used to be from DCP-IC(inductrial chem) option....his way of teaching very hilarious. the way he talk very funny...like very sissy..his language...lol....if u see his lecture slides, u can see some financial terms that he introduced are translated to Chinese and malay simultaneously...Well he's a Msian and oso very proficient in Chinese ma...lol..among all CLS lecturers, i would say he's the most interesting lecturer i have ever seen before. i'm very glad that he's my Personal tutor (PT) for this final semester. Well, i would tot that he's my PT when he teach me AE&E,but not...but now finally he is...haha...

Effective interpersonal communication(EIC)-Miss susan Lee. She is a very nice, friendly person. my first impression of her is that she's very similar to me in some aspect: a peace-maker and not so outgoing in personality. I admire her courage to reach out to ppl by teaching in a polytechnic. anyway this module is rather relevant to me as it helps me to see what's really in me and also helps me to become a better communicator with others.

CP9010:Productivity& Quality management(PQM)-Mr Ting kok eng: this module is very dry and boring as the lecture notes given are very very wordy whcih needs a lot of memorising,but this lecturer is an interesting person. he makes the lesson more lively...in addition,he's also my fyp supervisor.

Toking about fyp, i am so pissed off by two of my fyp team mate,YY and Cecilia. today i asked Cecilia whether she can do researching on the CO2 diffuser for me anot cuz i really dun have her email for such info. i dun remember that she have sent me this info at all. even if she dun have time to give a proper info,she shud at least locate the source and give me the link. i just want her to send me the linj and thats all. u know what she said? "If i have time, i will send u the link. Bye!"

wah, she just goes off like that. she mite as well said:"if i remember, i will send u the link,if not,too bad...."...Who do she think she is? trying to act busy....and oso i asked her wednesday wanna do fyp,she said "Anything"...wah,u think u are doing advertising for Anything and Watever drinks ah? i hate such ppl like her...which is why i dun like grouping with her rite in the beginning. i should have grouped with thomas liao,although he's very slack at sch, often pon-teng(skip class) or nvr come for tutorial class. He stayed near me,so we all can do fyp,anytime anywhere. i think he's such a resourceful person,but too bad i rejected him to join us,though i wanted to....

For YY, i asked him wanna stay back for doing fyp report anot,since today we are very free. he says he's more worried abt the glass column. i know,but the report is oso equally important. he say he wanted to settle PC assignment which is due on friday. So what? he should have done that last week, and he's the one who asked me to get it done by last wednesday. i was thinking "WTF!"

Seriously i do agree with Mr ting. He said that as an individual, we are OK. but as a group, we are totally sucks. he said we dun build a strong rapport and establish good communication among us. eg like cecilia, when did the idea of glass column comes to mind? did she email us this idea? no. watever things she email to Dr filicia, she always forget to cc us. even mr ting can see that. What kind of fyp group is this? we all have our own things to do de. Honestly i really dun like the idea of distributing work to each member and asked them to do at their own time. i dun think this should be encouraged in every teamwork cuz wat if one of them having problem doing their part, wat shall he or she do? i think that the group should do the assignment together,at least the members can help to brainstorm solutions at the same time. This is what mr ting compain to me and yy. i not sure YY still rmb anot,bt he better dun ignore this complain. This is where we lack communication cuz we din sit down and discuss the possible design setup to study PIV....

Another problem is that we dun seem to have common timeslot. When i'm free,he's not. when he's free, i'm busy. Our schedule doesnt seem to synchronise. Hey we are from same class leh...just like today, he said he's bz cuz he wanted to do PC assignment. he could have done that earlier,at least get it done last week so that we can focus on fyp tis week. u see, he seems like dun worry abt the report. Same for cecilia....i dunb care whether they always do their other assignments last minute anot, but pls dun do the same for FYP!!! they should jolly know that i am particular abt efficiency of the team. i dun allow any last minutes work on fyp. i have bad experience with working with Ashik when we grouped tgt to do environmental engineering report and presentation, back in yr 2. because of his last min thingy, he made us to submit the report very late,thus kena deduct marks.

another experience is with yy,doing the plant design final report last sem. u see, he could have done the less impt things last,and we should focus on the report. there's one time when we are given free time to do the report, he say he want to go home and think abt the simulation problem. he can stay back and settle his simulation. at the end, we have to chiong the report over the last few days b4 deadline. u see, i really dun like chionging at last min, cuz collating the report must be very careful,so if we chiong, we could have missed out some important details.

Anyway even if i go and confront him,oso no use. he will keep denying that where gt such thing. he will say " i dun remember i do like tat lo"...nvm, next time if he try to do last min work, I WILL DEFINITELY FUCK HIM DE!!! Period!

Haiz...results dropped a lot sia...last sem i gt 3.96,now dropped by 0.4plus point...i think it could be due to my ITP and CSW grade...I din do well in CPTC during shift work,so i can expect a B...for CSW,my english foundation not good,and my low self-esteem will affect the grade a lot... But nvm,i will try harder for next and final semester liao....加油!!! =)
